Thank you for shopping with Tensility International. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: We ship to all U.S. states and territories.
  • International: We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Rates: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout by Shopify and vary by carrier, weight, and destination.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. These time frames are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping & Duties

  • All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms.
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees required by the destination country.
  • Tensility International is not able to predict or control these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
  • You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an order leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:
    • Please file a claim directly with the carrier as soon as possible.
    • Tensility will provide any necessary documentation and reasonable assistance, but we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages.
