Refund policy
Warranty
TENSILITY products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage or wear resulting from abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by anyone other than TENSILITY.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, TENSILITY will, at its option, repair, replace, or issue credit for the defective product. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of products purchased directly from TENSILITY.
For products purchased directly from TENSILITY, customers must contact TENSILITY at sales@tensility.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect to initiate a warranty claim. TENSILITY will provide return instructions, and return shipping costs for defective products may be covered at TENSILITY’s discretion.
For products purchased through an authorized distributor, all warranty claims must be initiated, approved, and managed by the distributor from whom the product was purchased. TENSILITY will not process warranty claims directly for distributor-purchased products.
Returns for Unused Products
For products purchased directly from TENSILITY, customers may return unused products in their original packaging within:
- 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit, with no restocking fee.
- 31-60 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from the date of delivery.
Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending products back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by TENSILITY (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at TENSILITY’s discretion.
For products purchased through an authorized distributor, all return requests must be initiated, approved, and managed by the distributor from whom the product was purchased. TENSILITY does not accept direct returns for distributor-purchased products.
For products purchased through an authorized distributor, any exchange requests must be handled by the distributor from whom the product was purchased.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TENSILITY will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its products.
