Tensility is a custom cable assemblies company. That means we do a lot, and we don’t do some things, too. Here is what we do:

Source, design, and provide cable assemblies for engineering or OEM applications. We find sources overseas or domestically that will meet the specifications of the customer, whether it is a cheap, simple cable, or a high-end, complex one. As a result, we generally have minimum quantities of 1000 pieces. If you don’t meet those minimum requirements, it doesn’t hurt to ask if we still can help you. Depending on the circumstance, we will definitely accommodate prototype runs and scheduling. We do not provide custom cables for hobbyists or consumer use. However, if you need a cable for a small project, please check out our distributor, Digi-Key. They carry over 50 cables for a variety of uses, and we will gladly provide support for those cables.

Why should you buy from us? Because finding the right cable is extremely tough! Finding the right company from whom to purchase is even tougher. We make the process simple, defined, and economical for you. We make sense of all the information out there; we make sure you have the information you need to accommodate your application. If you aren’t sure exactly of what you need, that’s OK. We are here to make sense of that, too. Any picture, sketch, or description will work as a starting point to get customers what they need.
