The Tensility Process: what customers can expect

Call or email (or use our online form) to get the process started. Any picture or sketch you have of what you need will help. We will follow up to make sure we understand your application and requirements. There are dozens of little things to consider, like color, material, length, connectors, pin assignments, type of application, and even items like how much the cable should bend. The more complete the picture, the better.
We source the best possible solution for you. We will provide specifications for your approval.
If the specs look good, we will sample the cable to you.
This process is repeated until you the customer is satisfied with the cable sample provided.
Place the order.
Lead time depends on the order quantity and complexity of the cable.
We will receive the order into our office outside of LA and then ship the goods to you. Or, if your needs are different, we can drop ship or import the goods into Europe and arrange transportation from there.
